Heavy-duty brace anchor for precast and tilt-up concrete wall panels. High load performance expansion anchor with high tensile and shear characteristics. Testing of the ICCONS® PBA20115 Panel Bracing Anchor has been conducted via an independent NATA accredited laboratory in accordance with clause A9 of AS 3850.1:2015.
AS 3850.1 (Prefabricated concrete elements, Part 1- General requirements) was revised in 2024. Appendix A9 of this standard has no changes between editions 2015 and 2024. The PBA20115 conforms with the testing requirements of the 2024 edition of the standard as verified in the compliance letter issued by Swinburne University dated 01/08/2025.

Testing of Brace inserts as covered by Appendix A9 of AS 3850.1:2024 consists of a rigorous testing regime as outlined below.
The testing criteria under Appendix A9 assesses the performance of brace inserts for:
• Static tension
• Shear
• Cyclic
• Installation Torque

• Conforms with AS 3850.1:2024 Appendix A9
• 30mm socket size
• Torque controlled expansion anchor
• Engineered compression ring for fixture clamping effect
• Optimum geometry for high performance (low slip)
• Heavy duty heat treated washer
• Class 8.8 bolt for high shear capacity

• Precast and tilt-up concrete panel bracing
